What stays on your device
Your ledger (cards, costs, sales, shows, expenses, fee settings and checklist answers) is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to our servers. CSV files you import from Whatnot or eBay, including buyer usernames and order numbers, are read in your browser and are not uploaded. Exports (Excel, CSV, JSON backups) are created on your device. Clearing your browser data, or "Clear all data" in the ledger, deletes it.
What we store
- Beta list. If you join it, we store your email address, the option you picked and the page you joined from, to email you about this tool. Nothing else, and we never sell or share it.
- Anonymous usage counts. When you use a feature we record the event name, the page, coarse details such as which import format or calculator was used, and your country (from the network). No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses, and never anything you typed or imported.

On Cloudflare (Pages and D1), which hosts this site.
Your rights
To see or delete your beta-list entry, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply to it, and we will delete it within 30 days.
